Fantastic Alan I can not tell you how happy it makes me to hear this, I am still gearing up for my first competition I just got most of my equipment put together to start practicing the events. Been in the weight room alot lately, and have seen improvement there. Read 320#leg press for reps. To hear about how well you are doing just excites me even more, and makes me want to train that much harder. Hopefully I will be posting results soon. Keep up the good work and throw hard.

We want pics and video of your first outing! That work in the weight room is gonna pay off! Work hard and HAVE FUN, and remember that the guys who've been doing this a long time are going to be a lot better but THAT DOESN'T MATTER. You are out there to challenge YOURSELF. Your first Games will set benchmarks that you will almost certainly break in your second and third Games. Keep at it, and come back for a second season. I am amazed at how the off season and then getting back into it has made such a huge difference.
