The one you saw on EBAY is a great price if all you are looking for is decoration.
However, if you are looking to get into re-enactment any of the sites folk on here have pointed you to would be much better for something battle ready.
If you tried to use the EBAY sword you'd be putting yourself and others in grave, grave danger 
It is very pretty, though.

I couldn't put it better than Arlen.
There are decent swords on eBay made by Chen, but this sword is for hanging on a wall. Preferably far from people's discerning view.
