They definitely make a statement. I can understand people's first few kilts being tartan, but after you have a few different kilts and a black jacket, a tweed "kilt suit" should be on the "to do" list. I'm very much a convert myself with a charcoal tweed suit, an olive tweed suit (in the pics) and a blue tweed kilt and vest.
Matt has a few different outfits that are classy as heck as well... I like it b/c it's still a kilt, it's still classy, but it's different.
