1.) The site needs to come back up, I got my "incentive" checque today.
2.) I am with Matt, with a vest or jacket, the belt must go. Even though I like a belt for keeping the kilt in the right place, for the off the rack variety. It should not be necessary for a made to measure kilt such as the one I recently got from you. The fit is perfect, therefore NO belt is necessary.
The belt also alters the person's image IMHO. A larger person (35 waist and up) looks taller and more in shape without the belt, as the kilt adds visual length, and reduces the visual width. Once a belt is added, it calls attention to the width on those of us that are larger. In the days of my old kilt an HofE 28, 33, 25, I wore a belt to make me look bigger!
