The one you saw on EBAY is a great price if all you are looking for is decoration.
However, if you are looking to get into re-enactment any of the sites folk on here have pointed you to would be much better for something battle ready.
If you tried to use the EBAY sword you'd be putting yourself and others in grave, grave danger

Try the basket hilt from Paul Chen/Hanwei, it's a historic one and it isn't to expensive, but no cheap one. Sometimes you can buy it in ebay, so not every basket hilt found in ebay is cheap ware

There are decent swords on eBay made by Chen, but this sword is for hanging on a wall. Preferably far from people's discerning view.

Someday, i will have one of them basket hilt... but I'll also get my own discerner sword...

If you are looking for a reinactment sword be sure it is carbon steel (stainless steel is dangerous/will break easily) and with a full tang.
