If you're willing to spring for the $$$, these are the closest looking "production" mocs available for replicating cuarans:

Otherwise, your best bet is to put together a center-seam moccasin kit, and cut off the side flaps:

As I've oft-maintained in other threads, those "ghillie brogue" patterns, with the mulitple tabs, are simply not correct for the Jacobite period or earlier....
