Rofl i nearly did too. In regards to DT I can respect and aprecciate their music but overall I do not enjoy it probably due to whenever I talk to a fan there was this air of musical elitism that I dont enjoy associating myself with. not to say that all fans are like this BUT telling me to stop listening to slayer and sepultura because they dont play massive scales and arpeggios or even pay attention to music theory is not the best way to get me to listen to DT( this did actually happen) I understand their talent but I'll stick with Rush lol

Yeah, I've been told that, too. I hate the elitism you're talking about. I listen to stuff like Disturbed, as well, and the reality is- they suck! They just happen to apeal to me. So screw em- screw 'em all!
