I like your photos and I know what it is like to have the Birds of Prey in your yard. My wife and I feed song birds all over our property and when you do that it does not take long for the predatory hawks to find the space. We have a pair of red-tails also nesting across the street from us and we get the occasional red shouldered, coopers and sharp shinned hawks as well. Here are some of the photos from the back yard..

The red eye is caused by the flash as this photo was taken close to dusk (better beamer, if your interested.) Instead of removing the red-eye, I left it as it adds a sinister look to the bird.

A red tail looking for his next meal...

This guy was on the ground with a bunch of feathers around. He looks rather pleased with his last meal!

These were all taken with an old Canon 10D and a 100-400L lens. I have since upgraded the camera body to a 40D and it is a huge difference.

Very nice pics. I also have these around the house. I could use a few more as the squirrels are busy raiding the pecans from my trees.
