Id suggest you book a few lessons with a guitar teacher and grasp a few of the basics, as a guitarist of 28 years standing, my advice is that simply wanting to learn one tune is exacly the wrong reason for picking up a guitar. its a fairly simple melody, and if you want to play along with a piper you need to learn in in the key of B flat, to be honest id forget capos learn to play the thing without.

Well, I've been playing guitar for 2 or 3 years and I know a bit of theory, but not as much as I would hope.
