Scotland the Brave at Roy Thomson Hall
Hi the other day was my Mom's 68th Birthday, so I took here out tonight to see
It was a wonderful night great music, with pipers, drums highland dancers and singers, if this show comes to your town do yourself a favour and go see it
Here are my Mom and I before leaving for the show:
This is my Aunt Jean and I, as I picked my Mom up at their house:
This is Roy Thomson Hall the venue for the evening
As we were waiting out front of the hall I saw this gent stroll up, as it turns out he was the Drum Major for the 48th Highlanders and was to be on stage, I had to get a picture of us together, sorry I can not remember what tartan he said he was wearing, I will find out

More of the cast after the show
One of the Dancers at the end of the show
Thats it for photos I did get a shot of the lone piper that they had however it was too dark so I may have to play with it, one funny note I was waiting for my mom out front of th ladies after the show and a woman came up to me and thanked me for the show I did not know what to say so I just said You're welcome. Thought that was funny, there were other kilts in the crowd and it was wonderful to see.

Lovely pics McMurdo!
I like the one with the Hall in the foreground and the CN Tower in the background. And you always look so happy in your Isle of Skye.

Thanks cajunscot, the Drum Major was indeed wearing the Davidson Tartan, the pipers of the 48th were wearing Stewart of Fingask.
McClef I am always happy in my Isle of Skye, it was fitting as one of the songs during the sing along part was Skye Boat Song.
Cirthalion sorry to make you home sick, but we are always here, if you come up for a visit, make sure to let us know, we will put together a kilt night.
