    You are 100% right about the traffic congestion. I just rode from Richmond to Vienna. Should have taken me 90 minutes. Actual trip time was over two hours. Simply because most people in NoVA forget how to drive when there's more than three cars on the road. Not to mention the fact that it seems that sometimes they're actually out to get motorcyclists.
