Kilt Do's and Don'ts

almost as bad as leggings and cowboy boots is this:

I personally don't really have anything negative to say about this picture. I'm not entirely sure that the shirt matches too well, but if he's going for the Celtic Cowboy look, I think he pulled it off. Looking at his legs I don't see leggings with cowboy boots, so I'm not sure, it look like he might be wearing Ghillie Brogues though by the strings on his calves.

Just my opinion but I think this picture is a DO, not a DO NOT.
