FYI: The PV material works pretty well for a knife pleated kilt, the material is probably too light to work well for a box-pleated kilt.

thanks again, only being familiar with SWK material and my WWII reenacting wool uniforms, I cant say that I am familiar with the PV material as far as density, sway factor, pleat capacity, etc. so I take your advice gleefully.
