Update:
We had a good time at the Irish Festival tonight. No pictures but we had our picture taken several times.
I talked to two people about Xmarksthe scot and about kilts in general.
Captain Karrot and his wonderful family plus myself were the only ones there tonight. It rained on and off but tents and a building save the evening.
Until next time, C-ya!

A little more to Jeff's post:
Jeff and I were the only ones that made it, but at least we made it interesting! No pictures of our own, but many people asked questions and took pictures. One lady was a photographer for "many rock groups"...she might even have said celtic rock groups, can't remember...and wanted to use our pictures on their websites. Jeff had on his Gordan tartan and I had my Irish National tartan, my Throfinn Sporran, and my Scottish Tea-bag Society t-shirt. Also got my wife into the scene - she wore her USA Kilts t-shirt that says "I Wear the Pants in this Family".
One lady even came up and took my picture, kilt, shirt, tattoos, hair, etc., wanting to show her son that "cool looking people" (her words, not mine) wear kilts to. After she said that, she looked at Jeff and said "no offense"
All in all, a good night. Wish more people could have made it.
Keith

If I had not already had plans to go rafting and camping in West Virginia last weekend, I might have made the trip up. I've been meaning to spend a little more time in CMH, anyway.
Regards,
Rex.
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.

Rex,
Well, we need to work out a weekend among us and go for it. So far, August looks pretty good for me if you are ready that soon.
