Yesterday, my boss was teasing me about me wearing an Iron Maiden t shirt with a kilt. Fridays are casual days, so I ditch the business casual shirts and wear t shirts. I told him that his cajones are just jealous that mine have made parole. I totally stole that one from you. So thanks!!

I usually say, "Because I felt like it," and don't go beyond that because to such people I don't have an interest in talking.

I still like to tell people that I am representing Scotland in ongoing discussions to buy land in their town so that pipers can practice.

"Because I can" is one I use often. Or if you want rid use " It helps dispel my flatulence " that usually results in them moving on.

ps- Never use the above while answering a nice lady.

Haha, I'm not a stickler for grammar, I just don't see people fronting the preposition anymore. Somewhere English teachers are beaming

My personal favorite is to simply wish them a "Happy (Day of the week)!!". It helps to say this with as much conviction as possible, to try and sell it. No? Guess you had to be there...

Well, if I ever get that question, I'm gonna reply with one of these, some are pretty darn funny.
