    Can someone translate what we are looking at here?

    I can't 'read the stickers' of foreign ranks and units.

    Anne - I think what we are seeing is a British Army Major (on the left) wearing a US cavalry hat. The Sergeant on the right is wearing a US uniform. My guess is that the Brit was on some form of exchange program with a US Cavalry unit.
