Yeah, the last two Batman flicks have been filmed in Chicago. Even with the heavy computer graphics a lot is easily recognizable.

Frankly, I love the way the city looks in The Untouchables.

My train station is at the end of LaSalle Street and I always hear the Morricone main theme from the movie when I turn the corner and walk down LaSalle to the station.

Two things do I say unto you, the number of the things that I shall be saying is two and two shall be the number of the things:

Thing One: The preview concert held at the Chciago Cultural Center on the Friday night preeceding the fest may be one of the best things about the event. Should you plan on attending, get there early...the place fills up fast and the room, while being one of the most beautiful places that you'll ever see some Celtic Tuneage in, is not overly large.

Thing the Second (aka: Thing Two): I see that Nova Scotia is one of the sponsors of the fest again this year. Keep an eye out to see if they are bringing in some of the musicians from in and about their fair Province again...they may have their own tent set up. Last year they brought in Samantha Robichaud...a great treat...keep an eye out.
