Portland, OR. I alway see a few kilted gents at the brew festival when I attend (mostly UKs). Once I even caught a glimpse a gentlman in full highland dress walking down the street.

I've never seen a kilt in Charlotte. Did see two this past weekend at an Arts & Crafts festival in Burnsville, NC!
