Most-Kilted American City
I was interested to know in what American cities have you encountered the most kilt wearers while you were out and about?

Portland, OR. I alway see a few kilted gents at the brew festival when I attend (mostly UKs). Once I even caught a glimpse a gentlman in full highland dress walking down the street.

It's going to have to be somewhere in the PacNorthwest or North Carolina.
No way is Chicago going to even place (except on the day of the St. Pat's parade).

Dunno about NC, I've never seen another kiltie besides on a festival or kilt night.

Pretty much just a costume around me. I usually only see cowboys or city folk. Most "joe blow" types wear wranglers or slacks.

Probably Seattle. Partly due to Seattle being home to Utilikilts. That said, you do have to look for the kilted guys, but they are out there. Usually UK'ers, but I have seen a couple traditional kilt wearers on the streets of Seattle. One was a piper, the other was just someone walking near the University of Washington.
