The group is the Clanranald Trust for Scotland and the fellow you mention is Charlie Allan, their Chief Executive Officer.
I always enjoy watching shows like this one and seeing people I've actually had the opportunity to meet on my trips across.
The Clanranald Trust works tirelessly to educate people on Scotland's rich history and culture. Take a look at one of their more recent projects, the DunCarron Fort for an example. And you really get an eye-opener to watch one of their battle re-enactments and see them turning each other's shields into toothpicks. When they re-enact a battle scene, about the only thing missing is the gore.
