That is one smart-looking kilt. I hadn't heard of Alphakilts until seeing this thread, and I have to say that I just might be saving up to snag one; the piggy bank still won't talk to me after getting my mits on a UK Survival back in June or so.
The closure looks pretty good. Does it stay closed well? Any problems with your apron flying?
Also, does anyone know if an Alphakilt can be worn on the hips instead of the waist? I'm pretty active, and it just feels way too constrictive to wear a kilt at my waist, which is why I haven't bought any other kilts that I've seen lately.
