I've started on the second Navy blue stocking and have learned a few lessons from this one
1. Make the cuff wider. This one is a bit too narrow and could have stood another repeat of the pattern.
2. The leg needed to be about another 1/2 inch longer as well...that's what I get for not measuring with my tape but measuring by sight!
I just got my two socks at a time book this past week, so once this pair is done and I've finished another knitting project that's pending, I'm learning that technique! I can't imagine how much time that will cut off of kilt hose knitting! I wonder if that means I have to add more kilt hose to the "to do" list?
