I have that same fabric from Hancock. It was labeled 100% cotton flannel, not PV, at the store where I got mine.
I'm sorry—I'm mistaken. After sorting out this fabric that I've got lying around, I realize that I confused this piece with another piece that I know is all cotton. I'm pretty sure this was labeled PV.
So have you had better results after later pressing? Maybe some sizing spray would help.
