Yesterday I officially ordered my first traditional kilt!

It'll be a 16oz Ancient Macbeth, made by Barb T

Besides being my first trad, this'll be the kilt I wear at my wedding. I'm also getting enough material to make a plaid.

Congrats on your first traditional. After you get it, you will probably find that you want many more. There's nothing quite like the feel of strapping on a traditional.

I can echo this one...I was the neo-traditional moderist kilt guy for a while...put on a blackwatch tartan kilt from Stillwater and I went out and bought four more different tartans...I'm in so much trouble with my list....I had better find a job that will let me be kilted all the time....maybe I'll just go back to bartending....
