Very, very nice!!! I think the elastic ribbon on the inside pleats is a cool idea considering the type of pleats. Do you know if that's a W2F idea or is it done by other makers?

I've seen it on Seaforth Highlanders kilts. I don't know how far back the practice goes, or if any other regiments used the elastic band, but the Seaforth definitely did. In fact there is one in the museum you can look at that has this same type of elastic band.
