Congratulations to you and your fiancé. I was in the same boat as you this year and last year. I ordered my tank in July 2007. It arrived in October, but the wedding was not until April 12, 2008. So there it sat all of that time. I was not allowed to wear it because it was for the wedding. However, I did manage to try it on several times when she was not home. Also, I spent the other months piecing together the rest of the outfit. So good luck and I wish both of you a lifetime of happiness together. PM me if you need any wedding advice.
One thing to keep in mind, make sure your groomsmen know how to wear a kilt if they are renting so you don’t spend all day helping them get dressed. It can add more stress to an already stressful day.
