    Travel storage advice

    Hey
I m off on a wee trip tomorrow which requires a couple of hours train travel so to expedite comfort I plan on being kilted. now while on my course I have to be in uniform so ill need to store my kilt somehow I’ve heard of people rolling their kilts and which seems like a good idea for keeping it in my Bergen.
I acquired a pair of my sisters tights and I was curious how to roll my kilt up though do I just start at one edge and roll it or is there some proper/magical way to do it?

    Here's what works for me:
Fold the kilt as though you were wearing it (aprons in front, pleats in back, left apron on top).
    Lay the kilt pleats up.
Start rolling in the direction of the pleats (so the open edge of the top apron, where your kilt pin is located, is on the outside of the roll).
Slip the roll into the tights waist first. (More material there, less chance of the roll collapsing).

I have had good luck with that approach as well.
