Joining the Jones' for this book. . . not that I have time for it right now, mind, but just knowing it will be there when I need it!

Had a chance on a flight home from Denver today to draft a few more sketches that I forgot that I needed to do. I also had a partly finished box pleat kilt with me that I'm making for an Xmarker in Regimental weight Gordon, so I didn't have to do them totally from memory, which was great!
BTW - I will also put color photos into these instructions - it will be distributed as a pdf, so it's not the printing issue that it was for the original book. But sketches are still better and less confusing for many of the steps.

What? You were in Denver and didn't let anyone know? We could have all brought our laptops and helped you get it typed up.....over a dram or two!

Latest update - I've finished all the text, drawings, and photos, and I've formatted all the text in InDesign. I have to ink, scan, and label the drawings in Illustrator and add them to the InDesign file. Matt will then go through it to see if he wants to make any changes, and it will be ready!!

haha I saw your name as the last poster and got all giddy
Looking forward to it
Edit to add: I should be working on a box pleated kilt (or three or four...) starting around early- to mid- December. I'll be sure to give it a good test run
