    first pleat

    when i make a kilt , the first pleat on the kilt seems to "turn outwards"
    can anyone help me to rectify this as it should "roll inwards"????

    Fabric
    Style of Kilt
    Pleat reveal
    Pleat depth
    no. of Pleats
    width of apron

    A photo would also help with troubleshooting.

    Also, do you have the first and last pleat going in the same direction, or do box the last pleat going one way?
