From the hills above Kilmartin
Photo taken from one of my favourite view points in the hills by Kilmartin, overlooking Lock Craignish, with the Isle of Scarba mid distance to the left, and the snow capped peaks on the Isle of Mull far right in the far background

the next photo, still in the hills above Kilmartin is looking north up the glen that leads to Lock Awe

from the hills looking down on Kilmartin village

this photo is the view from my backdoor looking west on a cold and frosty morning

looking north from my backdoor on the same cold and frosty morning

and finally, my humble abode

Thanks for looking and commenting
Chris

Great pictures, I am homesick now! Shame about those wretched salmon farm things in the first picture though.

Chris, these are among your finest images yet! Absolutely beautiful.
I feel I know my way around Kilmartin now having met you and Tracy there and I believe I can almost pick out your previous house in the photo!
Thank you so much for sharing these with us.
Take care,
Ham.

Chris - is that the Crinan Canal, and do you live in one of the old lock keeper's houses?
