Ron I ordered a 23" length and it worked out fine for me, 22.5-23 is how long my other kilts are so no real difference for me, the best thing to do would be to email Jerry at WPG and give him your concerns, he is great to work with.

I ordered the 23" length, which worked well with my WPG Gordon. I normally wear a 22". Its a pretty tartan and should keep me warm during Virginia's cool and damp winters-heck, I even wear my other in the summer so I'm sure it will get alot of use.
