    I have ten hand sewn kilts by Kathy Lare who graduated from the Keith Kilt School in Scotland, then went back for more courses, and is active in the Traditional Kiltmaker's Guild and every kilt has that same thing on it. That's top of the line you have there.

    Here's a pic of mine on Isle of Skye.



    With my machine sewn kilts that don't have that little feature I often find myself pulling up the corner of my underapron because its dangling below the apron. Guess I need to get out Barb's book and do some adjustments like Ted has done.
