Lands Ends shirts: Anderson tartan
Whilst clothes-washer shopping at Sears (which now handles Lands End stuff) I whiled away some time looking through the mens department. Lo and Behold they had a mess of semi-dress, button-up, long sleeved shirts, 40% off, in the Anderson, modern tartan.
You heard it here, first. $29.94 less 40% is $17.86 Not bad for a nice looking shirt, if that's your clan.
They also had tartan pajama bottoms, but I'll skip on that.

Since becoming "tartan aware", I have been noticing recognizable tartan patterns in a lot of places. Burberry's knockoff Thomson Camel scarf/muffler. Lots of Stewart in various colors, Dress Gordon. But yesterday I saw a beautiful shirt at Joseph A Bank ( josbank.com ) in a Cameron Modern in a heavy weight cotton material, and was truly tempted for the first time to buys something tartan in what I would consider a non-standard tartan piece of apparel. Didn't check the price, but with more thought I wish I had now.
