Sounds sharp, Panache. Pocket watches are really nice. Bow ties can be too.

Good luck with a conversion. Ever consider something on the line of a cravat for daywear?

    Ted,

So you get the difference in this pocket watch chain, the pocket watch is attached to a chrome chain that at the other end is attached to a chrome locket that opens like a book to show two small (1 inch by 1 1/2 inch) photos.

One is of my daughter and the other my son.

The locket goes in one pocket and the watch goes into the other opposite.

The chain doesn't need to go through a hole in the waist coat at all.

    Cheers

    Jamie

That's a neat idea to use a locket as a fob. I like that ; it's kind of classy.
Mine is usually a pocket knife. A USB drive in a silver locket-like case maybe...

There is no T-bar on my chain, and it seems like putting it through the buttonhole always causes problems etc. Sounds good, and thanks for describing it.

    * It seems like I remember people putting pictures in the lids of their watches too, but I don't remember how that works. *
