An interesting tartan. Can you tell us how it came about?

Certainly, the idea behind the kilt came about a few years ago when I was visiting a friend in Toronto. He was playing in a pipe band during pride week and I had noticed all the band members were wearing different tartans and that there seemed to be no uniformity in dress. When I asked why, I was told that most of the band members had no Scottish or personal connection with the kilts. So I decided to design and produce a tartan that they and the rest of the bear community could identify with.
