One 16oz real Braveheart tartan tank, one 13 oz MacDonald of Glencoe Muted tank, and one 6yd Weathered macdonald 16 oz casual/semi-trad, all on order and nearing completion in the next couple weeks, 8 meters of Maple Leaf 16 oz en route to Barb T for another tank to enter her que, 8 meters of custom Allen 1996 16oz on a shelf waiting its turn to be sent to her for a Kingussie kilt we are both excited about starting, and another 8 meters of Forrester modern hunting on order, with its kilt architect and builder as yet to be determined, And you have to hit me with the least expensive high quality tartan hose offer to come around in years-----how is a guy supposed to keep up with all the needs of being a newly outed kilt junkie? Must have hose, must have hose, must have hose.

Wife is beginning to complain that I have more "skirts" than she does, but I think she is just jealous because my legs look better in them than hers.

    Must have hose.

This sounds like a job for... diced hose. You might cover several tartans with a pair of diced hose in red/white, red/green, ???

Ah yes, an old joke but a good one! I have more skirts than many women I know. Get her the T-shirt from USAK that says "I wear the pants in this relationship."

I will second scotchmaster's recommendation of Josh & Skye Highland Outfitters for custom diced/tartan hose. I wore my pair for the first time on Saturday at our local Burns Supper, and I was very impressed.

    Regards,

    Todd
