The name is cool, the outfits the ladies wear are very nice, the food is pretty good (Arizona Scot a member here on Xmarks is a chef for them), but don't let the name mislead you. It's not really much of an Irish or Scottish pub. They are more like Celtic Luxury Sports Bars.
The one in chandler has lots of flat screen tvs, and celtic items on the walls for atmosphere, and rap music playing in the background.
That being said though, if you're looking for a good pint, a good bite to eat, with pretty waitresses then they are good place to stop at. Not personally for me, since they tend to draw the 21 year old crowd, but overall still a cool place.
Here's a picture of Streetcar, Retro Red, and Myself with the ladies at the Tilted Kilt in Scotsdale.
Cheers!
Pretty much sums it up. Make the one in the NW Valley Peoria rather than Glendale, although Glendale isn't very far away, like about a block across Bell Rd. It's sort of a Scottish version of Hooter's, which happens to be next door in Peoria. It also is not too far from Lis Doon Varna in Peoria, which is an authentic Irish pub without any TV's. That's where some of us like to hoist a pint, or a wee dram.

Chuck
Zonie, as used in this thread, is a resident of Arizona.

Welcome.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Cool, thanks for the correction. The Peoria one you mentioned is actually the one that Dirk (ArizonaScot on XMarks) is the chef for. He's a big guy, bald head, you can't miss him. You should drop in sometime and say hi to him, he's a great guy. I'm sure he'd love to hang with some fellow Xmark Kilties as well.
Cheers!

Maybe she is trying to look like she is pouting.

The poor girl must have felt my wedding ring and been overcome with grief that I was unavailable.
Yeah, that's the ticket...

You know what, that's probably pretty accurate. It's either that or she's just upset because she's on the end, and not between two handsome gents in kilts.
