It's good to see that the SCA is possibly righting itself. You see waaaaaay to many 10 foot rulers in it for my taste. Which is why I switched over to actual 18th cent. reenacting (not that you DON"T have some of those in that hobby as well), but it is nice to see tahtthere are more and more people concerned with authenticity than just getting in the field to "bash things up".
