    Lee, well done congratulations, I'm really pleased you got it finished in time for Burn's Night. It looks well , and it's very nice to see the photo diary as well.
    Good luck with the next one!! after all you can't just leave kiltmaking at a single kilt, take it from me!!

    Well - its only been a fortnight and YES I am finding myself thinking - what can I do with all this free time each evening?! I feel guilty that I'm not stitching a kilt... ;) So maybe your right - but its a real labour of love...

    Others on XMarks have described the journey - and its true - you start out full of enthusiasm and cant wait to get on with it, then you get stuck into the day to day working, then you hit a snag or two and if feels like you'll never get it finished - and then one day you walk back to your lenght of material - and its gone - and you can see a kilt lying there - just needing that last bit of love and attention.. its the home straight!!! LOL....
