Three books that I use two "modern" ones."Debrett's Etiquette & Modern Manners" and "Debrett's Correct Form" and one from the 1920's which does show how things have moved on a tad from then,still very good advice though. "The Book of Etiquette" by Lady Troubridge. An interesting lady!
