He was wearing the full PC rig. However he was wearing a belt with the outfit.

In the link to the interview he is sitting down and the full jacket isn't completely visible. The cuffs on it look to be Argyll ones, does this jacket have the PC back with buttons or is he wearing an Argyll with a three buttoned vest?

Either way he looks quite sharp.

I think you are right, it looks like an Argyll with a 3 button vest. He's still wearing a belt though!

If you look on the BAFTA website look for the official 2009 winners photo, he is on the front row.

As for Micky Rourke...wow...all I can say is....wow. I think his new look was chemically created.
