Thanks so much for the hose tips! Every time I make a point to try to research some of the brands that might fit hubby's legs, I forget or lose track of what I'd seen. Looks like I need to have a good look around again and pick up a couple pairs. There's an Irish Festival coming up soon, and they have lots of stuff available there, so I'll have to see if I can find out about some brands and keep an eye out for them. I've told hubby he should budget for it and pick some stuff up this year. Last year, he told me (after we left) he saw a sgian dubh he really liked. I asked him why he didn't get it. He feels "guilty" buying stuff for himself when it comes to the kilt (one of those "unnecessary purchases"), but I always remind him it's for both of us.
