This may not help you very much at all but our college moved to VoIP last July. The sound quality is stunning and the institution is saving an absolute bundle. Unfortunately that won't help you decide on a vendor...

Hmmm....NICC is a pretty big business, so you must be happy. I guess if institutions that size are going with it, it must be here to stay. Unless, as I predicted years ago, that the internet is just another fad
