Nice you received it this soon...and without being bothered by the customs.
The dark blue woolen "thingies" are tie-them-yourself flashes from the House of Bruar.
You can use the elastic bands from the plain flashes for the tartan flashes also.
The kiltpin is made by John Goode & Sons, hallmarked Birmingham 1914.
I didn't had a black sporran, so there's a mission for you
For the brown sporran find a brown wide casual belt.
Looks like you still have to figure out how to put the kiltbelt together. Hint: there's a small buckle on the inside of the belt
(When the belt is a bit too long...a leatherworker or shoe repair shop can fix this by moving the small buckle a bit)
The black leather sporran strap can be handy for a future black sporran.
Looks like the kilt fits nicely...and the lenght seems perfect.
