I won an eBay auction for a kilt from this seller about ten days ago. (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=320338833833) Before bidding I questioned the $40 shipping charge for a domestic (in Canada) delivery. He replied promptly and offered to reduce it to $25- so I ended up getting the kilt for just over $100 CAN. I guess this was a custom order that the seller got stuck with. It was just my luck that the measurements were so close to my own. I'll post a review when it arrives.
I've kilt for less.
