    Kilty - the left side of your kilt is noticably lower, with the whole right side of the kilt pushed outwards - that could be the whole problem.

    The set which is in the centre of the waistband, by the time it reached the selvage is verring towards your right knee, so try hoisting the left side to bring that set back into the vertical.

    Thanks Anne!

    I had not noticed that. I tried it on and made sure it was "straight" this time, loosened the 2nd buckle and 90% of the problem went away!!

    I am one happy "kilter".
