I've not heard back from them yet. A bit of a jones going here as this is for a project for our new baby due in May.
PV or Poly / Viscose is essentially rayon or polyester (I can't keep it straight). A lot of USA Kilts kilts are made from it and Freedom Kilts and several other kiltmakers use it for their casuals. It's machine washable and wears as close to wool as those guys have found.

It is noticeably different if you know what you are looking at but I've worn mine and the general populace doesn't know the difference.
