I don't think folks in Europe as as uptight about things like, well, peeing as we are here. Besides, everyone knows guys pee. It's not like anyone's seeing anything that could be misconstrued as offensive anyway.

Looked through the rest of the photos, gotta love Europe! Peeing in public and random searches!

I'm pretty sure it's Holland based on signs and car tags though.
