    Patience is the hard part. I just didn't realize the scale of the journey when I started. I'm very glad with the results, it's just hard to dismiss the notion of a quick fix, though I'm keeping with it. It's encouraged me to try more things, like training for a 50 mile bike fundraiser this summer.

    George, ouch. I don't think I'd try that with mine, I have too much personal and family history wrapped up in it. It's probably the only thing I own that I'd truly dispair if it got lost in a fire.

    As far as lasses go, I've got a bonny Lebanese lass who encourages (mostly) the kilting. Any others will have to look but not touch.
