Welcome from a fellow Pagan.
You asked for advice. Find a kiltmaker you can deal directly with rather than a middleman. Middlemen are fine for accessories, but dealing directly with a kiltmaker will help insure your kilt fits and arrives in plenty of time for the wedding. Too many tales of grief on these boards about wedding kilts ordered through middlemen.
By kiltmaker I mean the person who will actually be sewing the kilt, not someone who will find an unknown kiltmaker for you. Best if they have their name (i.e. reputation) on the kilt. You'll also save a few bucks without having to pay the middleman. Use the savings on your honeymoon.

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
